An Old Blue Chair ;)

Posted in Accent Pieces, Bedroom Furniture, Featured, Kitchen

Alright, you Kenny Chesney fans will understand the wink in the title.  Everyone else will have to look it up 🙂

We found this old chair abandoned in an old barn and in need of some distressed furniture love.

We wanted to try the “dry brush” technique on this and share with you how to do it.  We also just made our own dark wax and used it on this chair.  It worked amazingly (in our humble opinion) and in the future we are going to be sharing exactly how we did it so you can make your own on the cheap!

Make sure you subscribe to the blog (via the link on the right) AND sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the post so you won’t miss out when we share the secret recipe!

Here on the gallery page we will just show you the before and after pictures, but we are going to be doing a whole tutorial on how to dry brush a piece.

Leave a comment and let us know what you think!
